What types of laboratory equipment do you service?

We provide service and maintenance for a wide range of laboratory equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, ULT freezers, cryogenic systems, flow cabinets and LAF cabinets, CO₂ incubators, centrifuges, water baths, ovens, climate chambers and shaking equipment. Our service is brand-independent.

What does preventive maintenance involve?

Preventive maintenance includes checking temperature settings and uniformity, inspection and cleaning of filters and condensers, calibration of sensors and alarms, checking for wear and replacing parts where necessary, and NEN-3140 electrical safety inspections.

Do you offer validation and calibration services?

Yes, we carry out validations in accordance with relevant standards, such as EN12469 for LAF cabinets, and offer calibration services for temperature and CO₂ sensors to meet quality and compliance requirements.

What are the benefits of an SLA?

With an SLA (Service Level Agreement), you benefit from scheduled preventive maintenance, fast and guaranteed response times for breakdowns, priority on service requests, transparent costs and planning, and regular reports with recommendations.

How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?

Our emergency service is available 24/7. Response times depend on your partnership level. With an SLA Premium, guaranteed response times are contractually agreed. For other levels, we aim for the shortest possible response time.

Can you service equipment from other brands?

Yes, our service is brand-independent. Our certified technicians have experience with a wide range of brands, including Thermo Scientific, Labselect, Nordic Labtech, Liebherr and Gram. We can also service equipment from other manufacturers.

What happens after a maintenance visit?

After each maintenance visit, you receive a detailed report outlining the work carried out, findings and any recommendations for further action. This ensures you always have a complete overview of the condition of your equipment.

Specialist service capabilities

In addition to preventive maintenance, we carry out a wide range of specialist services. These include diagnostics and repair of ULT freezers, validation of flow cabinets in accordance with EN12469, calibration of temperature and CO₂ sensors, decontamination of CO₂ incubators, and NEN-3140 electrical safety inspections. All equipment is tested at our in-house facility before delivery.
