What does On Demand include?

Flexible service whenever you need it

With the On Demand service level, you contact us when a breakdown occurs or when you require maintenance, an inspection or calibration. There are no commitments and you only pay for the service actually delivered.

This level is ideal for organisations that do not use their equipment intensively on a daily basis or that want to get acquainted with our services first. You have access to the same certified engineers and specialist services as with our other levels, but on a call-out basis.

Looking for more certainty and planning in the future? You can upgrade at any time to Pro Active or a Service Level Agreement.

Can I still take out a maintenance contract later?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time to Pro Active or a Service Level Agreement. We are happy to help you find the right level.

Is there a waiting time for breakdowns?

With On Demand, the standard response time applies, depending on scheduling and location. Clients with a Pro Active or SLA level receive priority. For urgent breakdowns, we always do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

Will a service report be provided?

Yes, after every intervention you receive a summary of the work carried out, findings and any recommendations.

What equipment can you service?

We service all common laboratory equipment from a wide range of brands, including Thermo Scientific, Liebherr and Nordic Labtech. Our service is brand-independent.
