The Thermo Scientific Vios iDx CO₂ incubator is designed for stable and reproducible cell culture conditions. The system combines precise temperature and gas control with active air circulation, ensuring homogeneous growth conditions even after frequent door openings.

Advanced contamination control

Every Vios iDx incubator is equipped with THRIVE Active Airflow technology, in-chamber HEPA filtration and the Steri-Run high-temperature sterilisation cycle up to 180 °C. This combination significantly reduces the risk of microbial contamination. Integrated covered water reservoirs maintain high relative humidity without condensation.

Flexible configuration for diverse laboratories

The Vios iDx is available with an electrolytically polished stainless steel chamber or a 100 percent copper interior. Users can choose between the TC180 CO₂ sensor for routine use or the IR180Si infrared sensor for demanding applications and GMP environments. The large 7-inch touchscreen provides direct insight into all critical parameters.
