The Thermo Scientific TDE Series -40 °C ULT freezers are designed for safe and stable storage of samples at temperatures between -10 °C and -40 °C. These freezers provide a solid foundation for applications where ultra-low temperatures are required but -80 °C is not necessary. Typical applications include reagents, enzymes, plasma samples and pharmaceutical preparations.

H-Drive Cooling Technology for Stable Performance

The TDE Series uses H-Drive compressor technology that dynamically adjusts cooling capacity to the load. This results in low peak variations around the setpoint and controlled temperature recovery after door opening. The temperature distribution remains stable throughout the cabinet, even during intensive daily use.

User-Friendly, Quiet and Sustainable Design

All models are equipped with the H-Drive Information Center with a clear touchscreen interface. Safety features such as setpoint locking, alarms and a lockable door support sample safety. Thanks to natural hydrocarbon refrigerants and low heat dissipation, the freezers comply with SNAP and EU F-gas regulations. The noise level remains suitable for placement directly in the laboratory.
