The Thermo Scientific Precision Shaking Water Baths are designed for applications requiring temperature control and continuous agitation. These water baths are used for microbiological incubations, enzyme reactions, tissue culture, and QA/QC processes. The combination of stable heating and adjustable shaking motion supports reproducible results.

Choice of Standard, Shallow, and Dubnoff Versions

The series includes a 15-litre and 27-litre standard shaking water bath, a shallow 15-litre version, and a Dubnoff model. The shallow variants offer a working depth of 8.9 cm and are suitable for smaller containers. The Dubnoff shaking water bath is designed for incubations under controlled atmospheres and is supplied with gas ports for gas regulation.

Reliable Drive and Safe Operation

The shaking water baths are equipped with a next-generation shaking motor with an adjustable speed of 30 to 200 oscillations per minute. Microprocessor-based control supports temperature and shaking speed presets. Safety features such as low-fluid detection, over-temperature protection, and audible alarms ensure safe daily use.
