The Liebherr LGUex 1500 MediLine is an explosion-proof laboratory freezer with a gross capacity of 139 litres. The unit is suitable for storing temperature-sensitive substances in laboratories with enhanced safety requirements. The ATEX classification is < Ex > II 3/- G Ex ec IIC T6 Gc/-. The interior is spark-free.

The temperature setting range runs from -9 °C to -26 °C. The maximum fluctuation is 3.3 °C and the gradient is 6.6 °C. The highest and lowest temperatures can be read on the display for up to 40 days. The unit features visual and audible temperature alarms.

The freezer is designed for undercounter installation beneath a worktop. The housing and door are finished in white steel. The door is self-closing and equipped with reversible door hinges. Network integration is optionally available via an RS 485 interface.
