The Liebherr HMFvh Perfection series is a professional medicine refrigerator for pharmaceutical storage at +5 °C. The models comply with DIN 13277 and are suitable for GMP Class A environments. With integrated monitoring, SafetyDevice and electronic lock, safe storage is guaranteed. Available in two capacities and with steel or glass door.
The Liebherr HMFvh Perfection series is developed for the storage of medicines and pharmaceutical products. The models comply with DIN 13277 and are suitable for GMP Class A environments. The factory temperature setting is +5 °C. The temperature is digitally displayed on the display in the door.
The cabinets operate with a Variable-Speed compressor and refrigerant R600a. This ensures stable temperature and low energy consumption. The maximum relative humidity is 75 percent RH, non-condensing. The models are suitable for ambient temperatures from +10 °C to +35 °C and fall within climate class 7.
The maximum temperature deviations are model-specifically defined. Min and max values are recorded. The recovery time after door opening is tested according to EN 60068-3. The series is designed for controlled storage of temperature-sensitive medicines.
All HMFvh models feature a visual and acoustic temperature alarm. During power failure, an alarm is activated immediately for 12 hours. There is also an acoustic door alarm and an equipment fault alarm. Alarm notifications are recorded in the alarm history.
The Touch & Swipe display with advanced user interface is integrated in the door. Network integration via WLAN and LAN is standard. A potential-free contact enables external alarm forwarding. The integrated product sensor monitors the product temperature.
The models are equipped with an electronic lock with remote control. The +2 °C SafetyDevice prevents products from freezing in case of fault. The real-time clock is integrated for correct recording.
The housing is made of white steel. Depending on the model, the door is made of steel or as an insulating glass door with plastic frame. The door is self-closing with an antimicrobial lever handle. Door hinging is on the right and reversible.
The interior is made of white plastic and easy to clean. The shelves are plastic-coated. For the 4000 series the load capacity is 45 kg per shelf. For the 5500 series the load capacity is 60 kg per shelf.
The models feature six shelves of which five are height-adjustable. The LED light column is located on the left side of the cooling space. The 5500 models are supplied as standard with swivel castors with parking brake at the front.
