The Thermo Scientific Heratherm General Protocol Ovens are designed for daily heating and drying applications in the laboratory. These ovens are suitable for glassware, samples and materials that need to be treated in a controlled and reproducible manner. Depending on the model, gravity or mechanical convection is available, making the ovens suitable for both sensitive and robust applications.

Consistent temperature control and safe operation

All selected Heratherm General Protocol Ovens operate within a temperature range up to 250 °C. The ovens provide stable temperature control with automatic overtemperature protection. The stainless steel inner chamber has rounded corners for easy cleaning. An integrated timer supports efficient energy use during routine work.

Compact design with flexible capacity

The selected models include benchtop models of 60, 100 and 180 litres and large free-standing configurations of 400 and 750 litres. Thanks to a favourable footprint-to-volume ratio, the ovens fit efficiently in laboratories with limited space. Removable grids enable flexible configuration. Large models are equipped with swivel wheels for easy positioning.
