The Thermo Scientific Heratherm General Protocol microbiological incubator is designed for daily applications in pharmaceutical, medical, food and research laboratories. The incubator delivers stable and reproducible temperature conditions for microbiological work such as bacterial culture, coliform determination and media incubation. Gentle airflow through gravity convection

The General Protocol incubators use gravity convection technology. This natural air circulation minimises sample desiccation and is particularly suitable for applications with open plates or open containers. Temperature uniformity is up to ±0.6 °C at 37 °C, with high temperature stability over time.

Flexible design from compact to large capacity

The series is available in multiple capacity sizes, ranging from compact benchtop models to large-capacity floor-standing incubators of 400 and 750 litres. All configurations feature a corrosion-resistant stainless steel inner chamber with rounded corners, an inner glass door for observation without temperature disturbance and intuitive controls with a clearly readable display.
