Maximum process reliability for critical drying and heating processes

The Thermo Scientific Heratherm Advanced Protocol Security Ovens are developed for applications where sample protection and process reliability are paramount. These ovens combine precise temperature control up to 330 °C with additional safety functions, making them suitable for regulated laboratories and applications with high-value samples. The ovens are available in benchtop models of 60, 100 and 180 litres.

Advanced safety functions and complete control

The Advanced Protocol Security series features both overtemperature and undertemperature alarms. A door lock and door alarm prevent unwanted process disruption. In combination with an optional sample sensor, the auto-dry function can be used. This automatically switches off the oven when the sample is dry, supporting reproducible results and efficient energy use.

Flexible configuration and robust construction

The ovens are available with gravity or mechanical convection. Gravity convection is suitable for sensitive samples, while mechanical convection provides faster drying and better temperature uniformity. All models have a stainless steel inner chamber with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Depending on the SKU, a coated or stainless steel outer housing is available.
