High-volume CO₂ incubation for valuable cell cultures

The Thermo Scientific Forma Steri-Cult CO₂ incubator is designed for high-volume culturing where maximum protection of cell cultures is required. The system combines precise microprocessor control with an in-chamber HEPA air filtration system, continuously realising ISO Class 5 air quality even after door openings.

Maximum contamination control and easy cleaning

The incubator features a proven high-temperature sterilisation cycle up to 140 °C, effectively eliminating bacteria, yeasts, moulds, mycoplasma and heat-resistant spores. The design without an internal water pan prevents standing water in the chamber. External air humidification reduces the risk of water-borne contamination and simplifies maintenance.

High capacity and reliable performance

The Steri-Cult is available in two large chamber volumes and is stackable to make efficient use of laboratory space. The polished stainless steel inner chamber with rounded corners supports thorough cleaning. The LED display control panel provides direct control over temperature, CO₂ and relative humidity, including alarm functions for critical parameters.
