The Thermo Scientific Precision Circulating Water Baths are developed for laboratory applications where temperature uniformity and stability are essential. These water baths are suitable for enzymatic reactions, serological tests, and microbiological incubations. Active water circulation achieves highly homogeneous temperature distribution throughout the entire bath volume.
The Precision Circulating Water Baths use perimeter-directed water flow. This significantly improves temperature uniformity compared to standard water baths. The microprocessor-based controller delivers a temperature stability of ±0.1 °C and uniformity up to ±0.05 °C at 70 °C. Operation is via a clear icon-based display.
The baths feature a seamless stainless steel inner chamber with a coil-free design for easy cleaning. Each model includes low-fluid protection, over-temperature protection, and an audible alarm. The stainless steel gable cover with hinge allows tall laboratory glassware to be placed safely.
