High-performance centrifuges for demanding laboratories

The Thermo Scientific X Series centrifuges are developed for laboratories where high performance, flexibility and traceability are paramount. This series combines powerful separation performance with advanced touchscreen controls and extensive compliance options. The X Series is suitable for clinical diagnostics, bioscience research and regulated environments.

Maximum flexibility with advanced controls

The X Series features a full-colour touchscreen with intuitive menus and programmable workflows. Up to 100 programmes with step programming are available. The centrifuges support both fixed-angle and swing-out rotors, with a maximum capacity up to 4 × 1,000 mL and a maximum RCF up to 25,830 × g, depending on rotor configuration.

Designed for safety, durability and compliance

Refrigerated models use GreenCool Technology with a natural refrigerant and low environmental impact. The Auto-Lock rotor change system enables tool-free rotor changes. Optionally, the X Series supports SECURE-Spin and Centri-Log Plus software for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, user management and audit trails. The series is available as IVD-MD or General Use Only.
