The Maxisafe 2030i is a Class II biological safety cabinet with triple filter technology, designed for safe work with cytotoxic substances and suitable for GMP and hospital environments.
The Thermo Scientific Maxisafe 2030i is a Class II biological safety workstation designed for work with cytotoxic and CMR substances. This safety workstation complies with both EN 12469 and DIN 12980 and is suitable for hospital pharmacies, GMP environments and biopharmaceutical research. The triple filter configuration guarantees protection of product, user and environment.
The Maxisafe 2030i uses SmartFlow Plus airflow compensation with independent DC motors for inflow and downflow. This system automatically corrects for filter loading and temporary blockages. DAVe Plus technology continuously monitors airflow velocities via pressure sensors and alerts upon deviations. This ensures constant protection without manual adjustment.
The safety workstation features an electronically controlled front sash with a standard working opening of 200 mm. The fully hinged front enables thorough cleaning. The workspace and all internal surfaces are made of 316L stainless steel. The standard height-adjustable undercabinet provides a working height of 750 to 950 mm.
