Large-Volume Laboratory Refrigerator with Temperature Recording

The Liebherr SRPvg Performance series is designed for medical and laboratory use with high capacity requirements. The models feature integrated temperature recording, also during power failure. The temperature is adjustable from -2 °C to +16 °C or from 0 °C to +16 °C, depending on the model. The digital temperature display is accurate to 0.1 °C.

All versions are suitable for climate class 7. The permitted ambient temperature is between +10 °C and +35 °C. The cabinets are not suitable for unheated spaces. The refrigerant is R290 and the current rating is 4.0 A.

Temperature recording remains active for up to 72 hours during power failure. MIN and MAX values are stored. Alarm limits are adjustable and alarm notifications are recorded. The models comply with DIN 13221 and relevant IEC standards.

Safety and Monitoring

Each SRPvg is equipped with a visual and acoustic temperature alarm. There is an equipment fault alarm and a door alarm. The power failure alarm is displayed at the end of the power failure. A potential-free contact is standard.

Operation is via a touch display with tip keys. The temperature is digitally displayed on the outside. Network integration via WLAN and LAN is optional. A SmartModule is available as an accessory.

The maximum positive and negative temperature deviations are model-specifically defined. The recovery time after door opening is tested according to EN 60068-3. The internal construction is made of chrome-nickel steel 1.4301, also known as AISI 304.

Construction and Interior Configuration

The housing is made of white steel. Depending on the version, the door is made of steel or as an insulating glass door with steel frame. The door is self-closing and fitted with a recessed handle. The door seal is replaceable.

The cabinets are supplied as standard with four or eight shelves. All shelves are height-adjustable. The load capacity is 60 kg per shelf. The usable depth varies per model from 638 mm to 788 mm.

The models are mobile thanks to swivel castors. Two castors are fitted with a parking brake. The interior lighting consists of LED ceiling lighting. For glass door models, the lighting is separately switchable.
