The Gram BioLine ExGuard ER600W is designed for the safe storage of products that may create a hazardous atmosphere. This laboratory refrigerator is intended for environments where safety is a priority, such as chemical laboratories and industrial research facilities. The ExGuard combines controlled cooling with active extraction to minimise risks when opening the door.
What makes the ExGuard ER600W unique is its integrated access and extraction system. Before the door is opened, the internal atmosphere is automatically extracted via the building’s existing ventilation system. Only when safe conditions are reached is the electromagnetic door lock released. This process significantly reduces the risk to users.
The ExGuard ER600W complies with ATEX Cat.3 Zone 2 requirements both internally and externally. The interior is fully made of stainless steel and suitable for flexible configuration with grids or drawers. The refrigerator is available with glass door or solid door and can be connected to external sensors via a pass-through opening.
