The Labselect PTSL200CF is a cryo freezer for safe storage of samples at ultra-low temperatures to -150 °C. The system is developed for clinical, pharmaceutical and scientific applications where temperature stability is critical. Typical applications include the storage of blood components, viruses, bacteria, tissues and biological products.

Precise Control and Reliable Performance

The freezer is equipped with a microprocessor controller and a 10.1-inch LCD screen with 0.1 °C resolution. The temperature is adjustable between -130 °C and -150 °C and remains very uniform. At a set temperature of -150 °C, the temperature differential within the cabinet is less than 10 °C. The direct cooling system with dual compressor and four-stage cascade system ensures stable performance.

Safety, Ergonomics and Daily Use

The PTSL200CF features comprehensive alarm functions for temperature deviations, power failure, sensor faults and open door, amongst others. The cabinet is fitted with VIP plus polyurethane foam with 140 mm insulation thickness to minimise cold loss. Ergonomic details such as an integrated handle, adjustable feet and a magnetic front cover support safe and comfortable daily use.
