What is the difference between preventive and corrective maintenance?

Preventive maintenance is planned and aims to prevent breakdowns. Corrective maintenance is reactive and carried out when a breakdown occurs. We always recommend a combination of both for maximum reliability.

How quickly can you be on-site for a breakdown?

In urgent cases, we are often on-site the same day. The exact response time depends on your partnership level. With a Service Level Agreement, guaranteed response times are contractually agreed.

Do you offer service contracts?

Yes, we offer three partnership levels with fixed agreements on response times, inspections and costs: On Demand, Pro Active and Service Level Agreement.

Can I combine a service visit with an inspection?

Yes, we actively recommend this. By combining service with preventive maintenance, your equipment stays in optimal condition and you save on call-out charges.

Which brands do you service?

Our service is brand-independent. We work with Thermo Scientific, Liebherr, Nordic Labtech, Labselect and Gram, among others, but we can also service equipment from other manufacturers.

The role of our service manager

Our service manager is responsible for the quality of our service delivery. Through close relationships with suppliers, he stays informed of the latest developments and ensures issues are resolved expertly. He ensures all certifications are up to date and that our service engineers have the knowledge and skills they need.

Working together with our planner, day-to-day operations are scheduled efficiently. Our service manager oversees this process, reviews reports and work orders, and ensures compliance with active Service Level Agreements. He regularly visits organisations to evaluate performance and advise on optimising maintenance activities.
